We deliver pan India and many international pincodes. There may be a possibility that we may not be able to deliver at certain locations. We regret for such and we are continuously working on it.

Well it's a news that we don’t charge for standard domestic shipping but if you can’t keep calm then you can always opt for express deliveries which is of course chargeable. All international shipments would be chargeable. For more details please refer to our shipping and payment policy.
If you are not available to take delivery, when our courier partner attempts to deliver your order, the courier partner will notify you. Thereafter, an additional attempt will be made to deliver your order, after which your package will be returned to us and your account will be refunded for the order amount.

FABCURATE reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement cannot be met. FABCURATE will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order, or any applicable refund will be made within a reasonable time frame.
Sit back and relax! Once your order is confirmed we will share the order id and tracking details via Email/SMS. You can then track the order by logging into your my account section on the site.
You can modify or cancel your order within 12 hours after placing the order. For more details please refer to refund and return/exchange policy.
Once your order is confirmed and processed, you will receive a shipment notification via Email/SMS advising you on the estimated date of delivery. You can also track order online.
How do I check the status of my order?
FABCURATE believes in making your shopping experience perfect. However, if you receive an open or a tampered package, please do not accept it. Report this concern by clicking on Return/Replace option in your my account/orders page within the mentioned period. We will look at it and get back to you.

Sorry! Once with an order already placed, you will not be able to make any further changes to your shipping address for that particular order.
At FABCURATE, you can add more items to your cart before you complete your transaction. Once an order number is generated you will not be able to add more items to the same order. But need more items? Then go ahead and place a new order! We will be happy to serve you.
We do not want to restrict you from shopping at your preferred online store and thus there are no restrictions on quantity that you can order.

We support all major domestic and international credit cards, debit cards, paypal, wallets and banks for net banking. COD facility is also provided by us.
The minimum amount for COD is Rs. 249 and maximum amount is Rs. 10000.
Transactions could fail due to multiple reasons so don’t panic!! Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking). Your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process.If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it will be rolled back within 7 working days.The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won't be able to expedite this. Please contact your bank for updates.
We do our best to describe an item's color in each description we write. We hold each fabric to the window to observe the color in natural light. In spite of our best intentions, we can never guarantee exact colors or color matching because of this simple fact, variations in monitor or mobile color settings are just too wide from device to device. This is why we strongly encourage you to order a swatch before purchasing your fabric. Trust us, customers who follow this advice never regret this step. You can even order multiple color swatch of the same design on different types of fabric. By doing so you can get an idea of how the design and color will look on the fabric. Swatches are chargeable.
Our standard size of swatches is 25 cms x 25 cms but they can vary at times.
