    • Is it necessary to create an account with Fabcurate for shopping?

      No, you can shop as a guest account. Although if you wish to create an account then it would be quite helpful for future orders, as you won’t have to input all the information again.

    • Do you ship to my location/ Is COD available?

      We ship all over India and internationally. But CODs are available on selected pin codes and paid orders are available for every location. COD above orders of 10000 INR is not applicable.

    • What is the estimated delivery time?

      The expected delivery time is 5-7 working days for domestic orders and International orders take up to 10 - 15 working days to be delivered.

    • Is shipping chargeable?

      Shipping is free for above INR 499/-.

    • If we are unable to deliver?

       There are very few chances that we are unable to deliver. But COD orders for certain states are problematic else paid orders are confirmed delivered everywhere.

    • Can I cancel my order, what about the refund, is replacement possible?

      You can cancel your order. If you cancel the order any amount paid shall be credited back into the requested bank account. If you selected COD at the time of placing an order, there is no amount to be refunded as you haven't paid for your order. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet you will receive a refund into the source account within 10 - 15 working days from the time of order cancellation.

    • What’s next after placing the order?

      You will get a confirmation call/E-mail/SMS and after that, we will proceed with the order, ship it as soon as possible and you will receive it.

    • What is the exchange process?

      You just have to email us at our official E-mail address:hello@fabcurate.comand we will hear your query and initiate the exchange process.

    • Where is my order?

      You can track your order with the tracking number in your order process details.

    • Why the meter shows double when I am on the check-out page?

      You will receive the same meter amount of fabric that you decide, it's just that in our system it doubles up when you click on check out.

    • Who bears the customs charges?

      Customers have to bear customs charges or any other additional charges.

      All credit card and debit card payments on Fabcurate are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways.
